Kalamazoo Chuck Manufacturing and Service Center recommends the following grease be used on all of our chucks:

GLEITMO 805 805k – White Heavy Duty Grease Pastes

Customers will receive the following benefits from using this grease:

• Long term lubrication under extreme conditions and for assembly.
• Withstand extreme pressures.
• Have a low conefficient of friction.
• Reduce wear to a minimum.
• Adhere extremely well.
• Protect against corrosion and are water resistant.
• Prevent fretting corrosion.
• Avoid stick slip effects and seizing.
• Are classified as non toxic.
